Wow!  What a beautiful, intricate putter. Both the LH and RH face on this wood mallet is made of aluminum as is the entire sole.  Two aluminum lines are inlaid on the top of the head and a brass ring runs around the tapered hosel.  The wood dowel on the toe was likely used to close the hole in the head that was used to hold the lead needed to bring this club up to a proper weight.  The leather wrap grip appears to have a metal collar at its base.
