What a cool set of clubs! The auctioneer was unaware that Forgan produced such an attractive fancy face set.  These matching clubs a different color of insert dots that surround the black center dot—driver (green), brassie (red), and spoon (black)—and a corresponding-colored dot on the top of the insert.  

This set of woods has been meticulously restored to match the original, including a beautiful gold relettering of the original letters.  You can see that the "F" and "R. Forgan" name are not decals. Upon close inspection the lettering has tiny, but clear differences from one club to the next (easiest seen in the "F" on each club.)

The aluminum backweights are perfect, as are the black pytratone-coated steel shafts and black leather wrap grips.  Really, What a cool set of clubs!
