The tasseled tee appears to have a old, solid rubber base to hold the ball. The two cone-shaped tethered tees appears to be made from bakelite/resin/celluloid as part of the top of the tee has chipped off one of the two tees. The two clear tees are made of clear plastic and provide two different tee lengths.
