The three tee leather tee holder has a pin on its back so the golfer can attach it to their clothing while the four tee leather tee holder is designed to slide on a thin belt. 

The unopened package containing 4 florsecent tees is marked "The Aristocrat Club Cleaner Golf Tee" on the celluloid wrapper.  The holder itself appears to be either celluloid or plastic and it clips on to the golfers belt.  The tips of these tees, visible on the side of the holder, appear to be made with sharp points, sufficient to clean out grooves on a club. The front of the holder is marked "1850-1950 The Kings County Savings Bank", etc.
