Stamped "G. Brown" on the top of this head, this splice neck, long-nose-style walking stick is complete with its original horn and three pegs, and its original lead backweight. The neck whipping appears to be a replacment, but matches up quite well.
George Daniel Brown was a clubmaker in St Andrews in the 1860s, but its doubtful that this walking stick was made by him.
