The Telegraph Manufacturing Co. began producing their mesh pattern Cestrian gutta percha ball in 1898. In July of 1902, Golf Illustrated noted, "These balls were nearly always hard, lively, and beautifully painted." This ball shows use, with no cuts or strike marks, only some wear and crazing to the paint. Overall, this is a good ball and will display well!
