Stamped "Taylors Putter, J.H. Taylor, Cann & Taylor" along with the British design registration number "303,868/09"  on the back of its blade, this is a nice example of Taylor's bent blade putter.  instead of having an offset neck, the hosel on this putter extends straight down to the ground and the blade curves back before it extends out behind the ball. 

The 34 1/4" original shaft has been regripped with a new period-style sheepskin grip.  The design registration number on this club dates to 1909. The club was sold by Pritchard & Co, and is so marked in an oval on the toe.
