This MacGregor Streamliner 2 wood was produced under a 1937 patent issued to Sylvan Crooker. Streamliners were great in theory—focusing ALL the weight DIRECTLY behind the ball—but in reality they were extremely difficult to hit with any consistency.  That, and they did not conform to the rules of golf.

The Streamliner offered here has had its original varnish stripped off and a new clear coat now covers the head (often times the original finish on these clubs would crack and peel).  No dents or dings as the club was likely never used. All marks are strong on the brass soleplate, which is marked "2, Made By MacGregor, Crooker Patent." The shaft and grip are original except for a new grip end cap.
