Lot Description  

This c. 1920s Down-It wood mallet putter has a brass cross-hatched face and a large lead backweight.  It was made by the Crawford, McGregor, and Canby company of Dayton, Ohio.  And the hickory shaft is so stamped. No varnish remains on the head.
