The cash prize was offered by the maker of the tee—Shelton Tubular Rive Co., of Shelton, Conn. The golfer just needed to write in the suggested name on the back Panel of the box, also ncluding their own name and address, and then send it in.

This box has a single length of cellophane tape that encompases one end of the box, to hold the lid in place which would otherwise be detatched from the box.

Morley's Yellow Improved Golf Tee box is in decent shape, with a small patch of the image missing from the back of the box as shown in one image.
