Simply marked "Banner" on the back on the back
of the blade and 50° Niblick on the toe of the face, this iron was made by Kroydon. Few irons have vertical
scoring because few people desired to increase the amount of hook or
slice imparted to their shots. Such a club would have been a total
specialty club, used only when the golfer wanted to really curve a shot.
Shaft appears to have been nicely reshafted back in the day and it includes a period underlisting on the handle.
