According to both sides of this box, "The Bestmaid Tees are waxed by a special process to prevent splintering." This box is marked "Germany" on the bottom of the front and back in the yellow border, is also marked "Reg U.S. Patent Office" under "Bestmaid". The box is in fine condition and still contains its original tees, which have their own distinct design.
