The 1916 Spalding Athletic Goods Catalog includes 31 pages of Golf merchandise, from page 91 to page 121.  It is quite detailed in its presentation, with lots of illustrations, and contains a great snapshot into the nature of many different golf items produced in 1916. 

The Wright & Ditson 1904 Summer Sports Catalog Trade List contains 5 pages of line item descriptions and prices.  Again, there are many items listed across a wide range of equipment—from clubs, balls, tees, to clothing and even a detailed pricing list for club repairs. Lots of misc. golf items from practice nets to golf ball paint. Both catalogs also offer other a wide variety of sporting goods, from baseball bats to boxing striking bags.
