The base of this quaint inkwell is engraved "Presented to W Heath By The Members Of The HRCC, Oct. 6, 1897. This piece is not as elaborate as some of the others, but it is nice and was engraved with a date over 123 years ago. It's golf motif consists of two cross clubs, two crossed flags (early for flags!), and two gutty balls. Base measures 5 3/4" square and the clubs rise up 4 inches.
