This niblick appears to be a Spalding dish face niblick produced between 1897 and 1900.  Either the club was never stamped or its letters have worn away. No matter, the dramatically dished face and rounded back of the compact, thick head is the same as it is on those made between marked "The Spalding" between 1897 and 1900.

Produced in Chicopee, Mass., Spalding's dish face niblicks were designed to extract a ball from trouble, so they were made with heavy heads in order to pack a wallop. When given a waggle, this club is distinctly heavy!

The dish face niblick offered here has its original  38 1/8" shaft and original leather wrap grip.

Condition is as shown in photographs.
