Marked "Thornton & Co" on one pole and "The Amazon" on the other, this rubber-core ball dates to the early 1900s and has larger than normal "brambles" on its cover. The ball appears to be unused and still has roughly 60-70% of its original paint, which retains its original sheen. Another nice rare ball.
