This unique antique iron cleaner consists of two parts--one side consists of "chain mail-esque" woven metal, and the other a suede/leather material. The contrasting textures of this small square was designed to serve double duty--one side to clean the iron head or dirt and rust and the other side to dry it. Prior to the steel shaft era, emory paper was used to clean iron heads. This getup could easily travel with the golfer and be used on the course.
