Made and marked by MacGregor, this 41 1/2" brassie has a fancy face 6-spot insert that uses ivory dowels. The head has a nice rocker sole covered by full brass soleplate. There is also a sizeable brass insert on the back of the head.
The 42" Bob MacDonald driver was made by the Thomas E. Wilson company and is so stamped atop its head. The sole plate is a solid piece of red fiber the extends from the front to the back of the head. The white insert appears to be ivora.
The shafts and grips on both clubs are original. Both clubs would likely make good players for the right golfer in today's hickory golf world.
