Made in the 1910s by the Metropolitan Golf Ball Company and Stamped "Pal" on both poles with 8 black accent squares spaced evenly around its cover, this ball has a rare trapezium dimple pattern.  This ball is unused in mint condition, with a fabulous luster.

Writing about this ball on page 102 in his book The Story of The Golf Ball, Kevin McGimpsey notes that a Pal trapezium dimple ball sold at the Phillips July 16, 1996 auction in Chester, England, for £380.  This is that very ball and it is fabulous!

This ball is front row left in the group shot in the accompanying images.
