Introduced in 1934, the Spalding Top-Flite Needled ball was made with a
liquid center. But after it was made, a needle was used to injected the
center with more liquid. There is a copy of a Spalding needled ball add in the images of this lot. This ball is still in its original wrapper with foil sticker.
