Manufactured by the Leyland & Birmingham Rubber Company in the 1930's, this ball features a unique lattice pattern of squares, triangles, and three unbroken "lines" that encircle the ball in three different directions. It's LEH name is stamped vertical and horizontal inside of a Maltese Cross on both poles. A most creative, interesting, and rare ball.
This ball is top row left in the group image that accompanies this lot.
