The top of this weighted arm tee is embossed "Star Tee Patent". The
underside of the arm is marked with a British patent number and year of
the patent— "Pat No. 8217 - 08."
The rubber tee has a large brass weight at one end of the arm and a
sllghtly elevated cup/ring to hold the ball at the other end. Made in the UK, this is a
great early twentieth century golf tee in great condition!
