brass Far & Sure Tee Mould is one of the most beautifully formed and
crafted sand tee molds produced in golf's past. Complete with a
spring-loaded plunger, Far & Sure molds date to the early 1900s.
This example is in outstanding working condition.
This mold consists of a bell-shaped cylinder, open at the bottom, and a spring-loaded
plunger. The golfer would pack the cylinder full of wet sand and
then, after positioning the bottom of the mold on the ground, he or
she would push down on the spring-loaded plunger thereby compacting
and placing
the sand on the ground ready and able to hold up a golf ball.
This Far & Sure sand tee mold would enhance any tee, club, or ball collection.
