This set consists of a 1 iron through the 8 iron, which is clearly the niblick of the set.  The grips on the shaft have been recovered with modern "sheepskin" to fatten up the grip a little and make it more playable. The shafts appear to have very little torque, (less torque is good in a players set). I am unable, however, to guarantee that these clubs will play well as I have no idea, and, as golf clubs go, what might work for one person does not always work for the next.  Of course, ir you are not interested in using this set, it still makes for a great collectible.    

The faces are line scored with a dot punched "pyramid" on the bottom half of each face.  The set is in nice condition.
