The Strate-Put Putter has a rectangular head that can be used both left- and right-handed.  The threaded plug in the end of the head can be loosened or tightened with the edge of a coin. With the plug removed, the chamber inside the head can be accessed where weight can be added or removed.  The long lead rod inside this putter matches the weight inside the putter pictured in TCA2 V2 p 482, so the auctioneer is am confident that this is the original weight that came with this putter when originally sold.

This scarce Strate-Put comes with its original 33 1/2" greenheart shaft and leather-wrapped pistol grip.  The top of the club is stamped "Strate-Put. Patend Apld For."
