The back of this club is marked "George Kitchen" and "Perfect Putter." What makes the club so perfect is the hollow back design of the blade is the top and bottom of the blade are made in mirror opposite fashion. Both the top line and the sole are the same thickness and have the same amount of beveling as they progress towards the center of the blade, where the head is thinnest. 

The 33 1/2" shaft is original and appears to have a repaired crack judging from the whipping at the base of the shaft. There is no evidence of the crack, however, when holding the grip and torquing the head.  The grip is the original leather wrap.
