This nine-hole event was all about having a good time. According to the rules sheet is in this album, the rules were as follows:

1 club only.

No driving or putting unless the bugle band is jazzing to capacity

Silence absolutely forbidden. Talking, cheering, singling, and dancing on each green compulsory. (no cheek-to-cheek toddleing or rough stuff.)

Follow the green arrow

One "shot" only at the Log Cabin. (Whiff's not counted.)

Replace no divots

Murman's honor at each tee

Cup awarded for score nearest to blind number

No betting (Small individual wagers may be placed not in excess of the German indemnities.)

The photo album contains 33 photographs, including some of the band! and there are another 10 loose photographs in the back.  The Album itself is worn, with the black cover having come off the front and back boards, and a few of the corners holding the photos in place have come off their respective pages.  A little restoration would fix things up nice.
