Made in Seattle and so stamped, this Everware spoon combination wood—made from two different materials—is extremely rare.  This club is stamped "Pat Pend", but a patent was never issued, and no other Everware clubs are known to the auctioneer.

The wood block set into the head is attached to the aluminum sole by three screws in the sole.  This club is in outstanding original condition, showing only light use. The 42-inch shaft is original and still has its original grip. The "dot-punched" face is an extremely rare feature to find on a metalwood or wood of any other material.

Any effort to sell Everware clubs was short-lived.  Everware briefly considered entering the golf club market during the 1920s, when this club was made.

This is the very club pictured in TCA2 V1 p345.  A signed copy of the page is included with this club.
