Green's 1908 August Flower and German Syrup Almanac.  No golf inside, as the catalog is dedicated to "snake oil" (August Flower & German Syrup).  But there is a picture of two golfers in the Upper RH corner of the cover.  This catalog is actually quite entertaining as it markets August Flower & German Syrup as the cure for all sorts of maladies, and keep you in the swing of things as shown on the cover. Plus the back cover is quite the graphic, as graphics go.
