The Burbank ball with its unusual swirl pattern was produced in 1935 by Stowe Woodward Inc. This particular example was not used very much, but it did suffer what appears to be a major mower slice. Sometime balls lost in the rough were found in such fashion.... However, even with the slice, the ball will display well with the cut placed down.
