The hosel, shaft, and grip on this c. 1920 Bert Darby putter are square, hence the "All Square Putter" name stamped on the back of the rustless head. The purported benefit of all the square edges and angles was that they would help the golfer line up square to the hole. This distinctive club is in excellent original condition.
