This lot consists of the following three golf balls, each with a pattern that was slightly atypical for their day:
1) Wright & Ditson 75 Round Dimple Ball: Described in 1920 as "New this year. Large size, medium weight, recessed marking, and is beyond all doubt the very best for golfers who want a fine playing and durable ball at a low price...Compression average 7. Weight 1.63 ounces."
2) Reach Paramount Mesh Ball: No number, as was typically associated with the Paramount balls, but instead only two red squares--one on each side inside of the logo. c. early 1910's
3) St Mungo Heavy Colonel (Green Dot) w/ Oversize Flat Dimples: St. Mungo made a series of "Colonel" balls all with different features. c. 1910's
These three balls are pretty close to unused condition. The Heavy Colonel has some minor cracking in the cover, but will display perfect.
