Jack Nicklaus didn't just win the 1965 Masters, he also set both a score record and winning margin record for that tournament that stood for over 30 years, until finally broken in 1997 by Tiger Woods. Nicklaus won the second of his six green jackets in 1965 as well as his fourth major title.
This ticket is from the second round, played on Friday April 9th. Nicklaus finished that round six under in a three-way tie for first with Arnold Palmer and Gary Player. What a day to be on the course!
