This left-handed Willie Park Jr. lofting iron is in outstandng original condition, showing very little wear. The 38" shaft bears Park's stamp, and the sheepskin grip still has its original whipping top and bottom. Park's stamp on the back of the head has two small dots, one on each side of the stamp. Possibly those were an inspection stamp? Tom Stewart used a single dot as his personal inspection stamp. Part of the word "Musselburgh" is over-stamped on the head. This wouild have been done in Park's shop before selling the club.
