Foley China Top Hat.  This was possibly designed as a toothpick holder, or match holder, or something else holder. It is a unique piece the auctioneer has never seen before.  It does have the finest of hairline cracks across the brim and down one side.  This crack is easier to see on the inside of the hat.  It is nearly impossible to see on the outside.  Even so, this piece of porcelain will display to perfection.
