The back of the head is stamped "P. Paxton, Tooting Bec.”  Paxton worked at Tooting Bec in London from 1893 to 1902.  So you know this club demonstrates what a British-made cleek built at the end of the 1890s looked like.  The shaft, which has a small chip where it enters the hosel, appears original as there is no evidence of repining.  The grip has been replaced with a period-looking grip
