This long nose putter dates after the passing of Tom Morris. It was sold by the Tom Morris shop, next to the 18th hole in St. Andrews, as a commemorative item of sorts. It is definitely playable and durable, made similar to the long nose putters Old Tom used to make, only slightly smaller in head size which is 4 3/4" long and 1 5/8" wide. The decal on the shaft includes Old Tom's picture and the years of his Open victories—1861, 62, 64, 67. This example is well made and in unused condition, complete with an authentic sheepskin grip.
