This Beautiful candy dish is marked "The Foley China, England" on the back along with "Rd 360460, which is a British Registered design number that dates to 1900. The dish measures 8 1/4" across at its widest and is in perfect condition, no chips, cracks, or crazing.  The gold leaf in the folds of the two small "handles" has also been hand painted around the entire perimeter edge.  Furthermore, while the image is a transfer (decal) the red jacket is painted red. An elegant piece.
