Wilson's the 33 and 1934 catalogs offered the "Sarazan Training Club". The backside of the removable, thick brass plate on the sole is designed to hold a series of circular weights that fit inside the head.  The catalogs state that the weights can adjust the head from 17 1/2 to 21 1/2 ounces. This particular example up for auction still has one of its  original weights along with its fastener.  The colorful finish is original, as is the shaft and grip on this club.  This weighted swing-training club will work as good today as it did when introduced.
