Perhaps the first ball released by the Wilson Sporting Goods Company in Chicago, or so it is listed by McGimpsey in his detailed reference book The Story of the Golf Ball, this raised button Bramble ball simply stamped "Wilson" on one pole and "Bramble" on the other was made in 1919. In mint condition, this ball still looks as fabulous today as it did the day it was made!
This ball is middle row right in the group image that accompanies this lot.
